Martínez de la Torre

Importnat producer of citrics and sugar cane. Famous for seafood specialties: Acamayas al mojo de ajo (river langoustines with a garlic paste) and Jaibas al chiltepin (Red crabs in a hot chili sauce). Chiltepines are very small in size, but very big in flavor!
